We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in SEO, Social Media Management, and Paid Advertising. The ideal candidate should be able to drive brand visibility, traffic, and conversions through strategic planning, execution, and continuous optimization of digital marketing initiatives
SEO (Core Focus)
- Execute on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO across multiple websites.
- Perform keyword research, content optimization, internal linking, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
- Conduct technical SEO audits including crawlability, indexing, site structure, page speed, mobile-friendliness, and structured data.
- Manage link-building, outreach, digital PR, citations, reviews, and geo-targeted SEO activities.
- Optimize content for AIO, GEO, and LLM platforms to improve visibility across AI-powered search and virtual assistants.
- Structure content to capture featured snippets, AI answers, zero-click queries, and conversational search.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes and emerging AI-driven ranking signals.
Social Media Marketing
- Manage and grow social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Develop and execute content calendars, ensuring consistent posting and branding.
- Research and implement new content ideas to boost audience engagement and brand visibility.
- Analyze competitor social media strategies for continuous improvement.
- Optimize social content with SEO and PPC integration where applicable.
- Use timelines and scheduling tools to maintain steady content flow.
- Monitor engagement, demographics, reach, and overall campaign performance.
Paid Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor budgets, enhance performance, and work towards improving CTR, CPL, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, creatives, and messaging.
- Ensure proper tracking setup using GA4, GSC, and other analytics tools
- Proven experience in SEO (on-page, off-page, technical, and local).
- Experience with AIO, GEO, and LLM optimization for AI-driven search.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong understanding of organic social media marketing.
- Ability to research trends and create engaging digital content.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Up-to-date with latest digital, social media, and SEO trends.
- Strong communication and reporting skills
