DETAILS-Experience: 2+ years in customer support, dispatch, or logistics. Prior chat support experience is strongly preferred. English proficiency: B2 (Upper Intermediate) CEFR level or higher. Strong written communication is non-negotiable given the SMS and chat-based nature of the role. Tech proficiency: Comfortable using multiple tools simultaneously (e.g., Twilio Flex, Zendesk, Slack, Google Maps, and internal admin dashboards). Typing speed: Minimum 50 WPM with high accuracy. Multitasking: Ability to manage 3+ active chats simultaneously without loss of quality. Emotional intelligence: Able to remain calm and de-escalate tense situations involving frustrated customers or stressed drivers.

- delivery windows.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
