Job Summary
We're looking for a skilled Tech Lead - Software Engineering to join our growing engineering team. You'll design and build features end to end and help us deliver scalable, high-performance web applications.
Key Responsibilities

Build features end to end across the stack (React, Next.js, Node.js, Postgres)

Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services

Work with QA, DevOps, and Product to ship quality features

Take part in technical design discussions and code reviews

Write clean, maintainable code

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Required Skills & Qualifications -
4-6 years of hands-on experience with the Postgres/Express.js/React/Next.js stack

Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, and Postgres SQL

Experience building RESTful APIs

Solid understanding of database design, indexing, and performance optimization

Strong understanding of how things work under the hood across the stack

Experience with Git
Added Advantage -
Experience building microservices

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
