Job Summary
The Zonal Head will be responsible for driving business growth, sales performance, profitability, and market expansion for loan and insurance products across the assigned zone. The role involves managing regional teams, developing channel partnerships, achieving business targets, ensuring compliance, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Drive sales of loan products (Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, LAP, Auto Loans, etc.) and insurance products (Life, Health, General Insurance).
- Develop and implement zonal sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, DSAs, and corporate partners.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage Regional Managers, Area Managers, and Sales Teams.
- Set performance goals and monitor team productivity.
- Conduct regular reviews, training programs, and performance evaluations.
- Recruit and retain high-performing sales professionals.
Experience
- 8–15+ years of experience in Loans, Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, or NBFC sectors.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role managing multiple locations or regions.
Skills Required
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Team leadership and people management.

- Financial product knowledge (Loans & Insurance).
- Strategic planning and execution.
- Negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and MIS reporting.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives + Annual Bonus + Travel Allowance (as per company policy).
Location: Multiple Zones / Regional Headquarters
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
