Job Function
We are looking for a proactive Customer Care Executive to manage customer complaints, feedback, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction within a manufacturing/OEM environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints and queries received through multiple communication channels
- Maintain and update customer complaint records and MIS reports
- Coordinate with Quality, Production, and internal teams for issue investigation and resolution
- Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) processes
- Track complaint status and ensure timely closure of customer issues
- Analyze complaint trends and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Escalate critical concerns to management when required
- Prepare presentations and reports for review meetings with senior management
- Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up of all customer interactions
- Provide feedback for product and service improvement initiatives
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in customer service, complaint handling, or customer support roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in complaint tracking and coordination with cross-functional teams
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MIS reporting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of quality systems, RCA, and CAPA processes
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or OEM industry preferred
- Exposure to customer complaint management and reporting systems
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
