About the Role:
As a Outreach Specialist (Sales), you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking therapy. Your core responsibility is to create a warm, professional bridge between clients and therapists— ensuring clear communication, timely coordination, and an empathetic onboarding experience.
Role Requirements :
Education: Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Experience (good to have): (good to have): Minimum 1 year in experience in outbound/inbound sales, client coordination, or business development, dealing with service sales for International is a plus. Language Skills (must have): Excellent English (written & spoken); regional language fluency is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the first line of communication for clients reaching out via phone, email, or web forms Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, or other platforms Build and maintain relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and introducing relevant services Schedule and coordinate therapy sessions between clients and therapists Ensure all client documentation and intake records are updated and maintained accurately Maintain accurate records of client interactions, lead status, and follow-ups Assist in tracking basic metrics like follow-ups, session status, and engagement Proactively contribute to creating a calm, welcoming environment at the centre
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹33,766.70 per month
