Vision4 Motorsport Solutions is looking for a proactive Sales Representative to manage leads, handle customer interactions, and drive enrollments for our motorsport training programs. The role requires hands-on experience with CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, track, and update leads using CRM
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline
Perform regular follow-ups and lead nurturing through CRM
Convert leads into successful enrollments
Generate reports and insights from CRM data
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign-generated leads
Requirements:
Experience working with CRM tools
Strong communication and sales skills
Good data management and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of Excel and digital communication tools
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer support
Experience in education/training or automotive sector
Fluency in Tamil, English and Malayalam

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
