We are looking for a skilled Python Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs. The candidate will be responsible for building robust server-side applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions. The Software Engineer will engage directly with product teams, development teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure the successful design, development, and deployment of Python-based applications.
Responsibilities:
- Developing & maintaining scalable backend applications using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Designing and developing RESTful APIs and ensuring seamless integration with frontend and third-party services.
- Writing clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Performing unit testing and participating in code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance.
- Participating in Agile processes such as stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and story grooming.
- Ensuring project delivery within defined timelines while maintaining quality standards.
- Designing and managing databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB).
- Preparing technical documentation for developed modules and solutions.
- Supporting deployment activities and resolving production issues when required.
