Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Vistex Consultant with 8+ years of SAP experience and strong expertise in Vistex solutions integrated with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Vistex Incentive Administration, Rebates, Chargebacks, Royalties, Billbacks, and Pricing programs.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to design and optimize revenue management and incentive processes while ensuring seamless integration with SAP SD, MM, FI, and other enterprise applications.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to pricing, rebates, incentives, and revenue management processes.
- Design, configure, and support SAP Vistex solutions.
- Implement and support:
o Rebates Management
o Billbacks
o Chargebacks
o Incentive Administration
o Royalties Management
o Sales Commissions
o Pricing Agreements
o Claims Processing
o Contracts and Agreements Management
- Configure Vistex master data and transaction processes.
- Collaborate with business users to optimize revenue and incentive management processes.
- Support end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) for custom developments and enhancements.
- Coordinate with ABAP, Basis, and integration teams.
- Perform Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and defects.
- Provide production support and incident management.
- Conduct end-user training and prepare project documentation.

Must-Have Skills:
- 8+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Vistex.
- Hands-on experience in SAP Vistex implementation and support projects.
- Strong experience in:
o Rebates Management
o Billbacks
o Chargebacks
o Incentives & Commissions
o Royalties Management
o Pricing Agreements
o Claims Processing
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Experience integrating Vistex with SAP SD, MM, and FI modules.
- Knowledge of pricing procedures and condition techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- SAP S/4HANA Vistex implementation experience.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Retail, or Distribution industries.
- Knowledge of Vistex IP (Incentive Programs) and Go-to-Market Suite.
- Experience with SAP Fiori applications.
- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
