As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project goals are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding the development process to align with best practices. You will also engage in strategic planning and decision-making to enhance application performance and user experience, ensuring that the team remains focused and motivated throughout the project lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Spring Boot, AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with back-end frameworks and databases to ensure seamless integration.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Integrates AI/GenAI capabilities to enhance solution outcomes and productivity.
- Leverages AI agents and intelligent automation for process efficiency and scalability.
- Applies generative AI technologies across solution design and delivery
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
