Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week
What We're Looking For:
- 25 years of experience as a Team Leader in an International BPO
- Experience in US Outbound Sales
- B2C sales experience preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Excellent communication and target-driven approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing outbound sales team.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with QA, Training, and Operations teams to maximize team productivity.
