Job Title: Luxury Accessory Designer
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-driven Luxury Accessory Designer to conceptualize and develop premium, high-fashion accessories that reflect exceptional craftsmanship, innovation, and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sensibility and prior experience working with leading luxury or designer brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design luxury accessory collections (bags, belts, jewelry, small leather goods, and statement pieces)
- Develop mood boards, sketches, and detailed CADs aligned with seasonal themes and brand DNA
- Work closely with artisans and production teams to ensure high-quality craftsmanship
- Source premium materials, trims, and embellishments from trusted vendors
- Ensure design feasibility while maintaining luxury standards and cost targets
- Oversee sampling, fittings, and product refinement
- Stay ahead of global and Indian luxury fashion trends
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and styling teams for cohesive product storytelling

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accessory Design, Fashion Design, or related field
- 2–6 years of experience in luxury or designer accessory segment
- Strong portfolio showcasing premium accessory design work
- Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Deep understanding of luxury materials (leather, metals, stones, textiles, embellishments)
- Knowledge of traditional and contemporary craftsmanship techniques
- Strong sense of color, form, and detailing
- Ability to translate concepts into commercially viable luxury products
