Position Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic fresh graduates to join our Admissions & Outreach team. The role involves promoting the university's academic programs, engaging with prospective students, and supporting student recruitment initiatives through extensive outreach activities. Eligibility Criteria • BBA / MBA (Marketing) graduates • Freshers only • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills • Willingness to travel extensively for outreach and student engagement activities • Energetic, proactive, and eager to build a career in higher education marketing and admissions Key Responsibilities • Visit schools, junior colleges, coaching centres, and other educational institutions for outreach activities. • Promote the university's academic programs, admissions process, and scholarship opportunities to prospective students and parents. • Support student recruitment and application generation initiatives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, counsellors, teachers, and other key stakeholders. • Represent the university at education fairs, career guidance sessions, seminars, workshops, and promotional events. • Conduct presentations and counselling sessions for students and parents. • Assist in organizing admission campaigns and outreach programs. • Maintain records of visits, interactions, and lead generation activities. • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective follow-up and conversion of student inquiries. Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
