Job Responsibilities:
- Attending and assisting patients and their attendants
- Ensuring proper patient care and comfort
- Supervising cleanliness of hospital floors and patient rooms
- Coordinating with housekeeping and nursing staff
- Handling patient queries and support services
- Maintaining a positive and professional environment
- Monitoring patient satisfaction and service quality
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Caring and patient-friendly attitude
- Ability to supervise and coordinate staff
- Experience in hospital/hotel guest relations preferred
- Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage
Qualification:
- Any Degree / Diploma
