We are looking for a creative and responsible Social Media Executive who can manage social media accounts, plan content, write engaging captions, coordinate with creative teams and help brands grow their online presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow clients' social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Create and maintain monthly social media content calendars and posting schedules.
- Plan content ideas for posts, carousels, stories and Instagram Reels.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs and social media copy.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to ensure timely content delivery.
- Schedule and publish social media content consistently.
- Research social media trends, hashtags, competitors and industry content.
- Monitor social media performance including reach, engagement, followers, impressions and content performance.
- Suggest new content ideas and improvements based on analytics and trends.
- Assist in developing social media strategies and brand-building campaigns.
- Communicate with clients regarding content approvals, revisions and feedback.
- Prepare and maintain monthly social media performance reports.
- Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining quality and deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management, Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Strong content writing, copywriting and communication skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, social media trends and content formats.
- Ability to create engaging hooks, captions and CTAs.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and social media scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding and social media strategy.
- Ability to research competitors, trends and relevant hashtags.
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Must have a laptop in good working condition.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Reel strategy and content planning.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads / Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads.
- Basic graphic design skills.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Experience working with agencies or multiple client accounts.
- Knowledge of storytelling and brand communication.
