Job description
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Transport Incharge to oversee the daily operations of the school transport system. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in school transportation, strong route-planning skills, and the ability to manage communication with parents and drivers effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operations of school transport, ensuring timely and safe pickup and drop-off of students.
- Plan, organize, and optimize daily bus routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor vehicle fitness, ensure timely renewal of Fitness Certificates, permits, and other compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with bus drivers, attendants, school administration, and parents to ensure smooth transport operations.
- Address and resolve parent concerns, provide clarity on transport policies, and maintain positive communication.
- Maintain transport-related records, logs, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines for school transportation.
Pay: ₹10,900.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
