Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive General Merchandising Officer (GMO) to manage customer orders, coordinate production activities, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality home textile products. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between customers, production, sourcing, quality, and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.
- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor order status from sampling to shipment.
- Follow up on raw material procurement and production schedules.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and maintain merchandising reports, order trackers, and documentation.
- Coordinate sample development and approvals with customers.
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to resolve product-related issues.
- Support shipment planning and ensure all export documentation is completed accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
Pay: ₹22,309.64 - ₹60,000.00 per month
