We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right skill development programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for counseling, and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions while ensuring a great student experience. Skyy Skill Academy offers industry-focused, placement-oriented programs across technology and engineering domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and placement programs.
- Handle enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, website, walk-ins, and social media.
- Convert leads into admissions by providing accurate course information.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain enquiry records and update CRM on a daily basis.
- Assist students with the admission process, documentation, and fee collection.
- Build strong relationships with students to ensure a positive counseling experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
