We are looking for a Dynamic & Customer-focused Sales Associates to join our Team. The candidate will be Responsible for Promoting Products\ Services, Generating Leads and Supporting Business Growth.
ROLES & RESPONSBILTIES:
· Contact New and existing customers to understand their needs.
· Explain Products & Services to clients clearly.
· Build & Maintain good relationship with customers
· Handle Customer Queries and resolve issues.
· Follow up on leads and convert them into Sales.
· Maintain customer database and records.
Maintain and Update Product Knowledge
SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic Knowledge of Sales and Marketing Concepts.
· Customer Handling Skills.
· Positive Attitude and Team Player.
· Basic Computer knowledge ( MS Excel, Word)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
· Any Degree ( BE,BBA,MBA)
· Fresher can also apply
· Interest in Sales and Marketing Field
REQUIREMENTS:
· Candidate must possess a Two -Wheeler ( Bike)
· Valid Driving License is mandatory
