Blitz Academy Pvt Ltd, a leading training and skill development institution, is looking for a passionate and experienced Academic Head to lead academic and administrative functions, ensuring quality, performance, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all academic operations and faculty.
- Develop, review, and improve curriculum to meet industry standards.
- Ensure high-quality teaching, student learning outcomes, and academic excellence.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate faculty members.
- Monitor student performance, attendance, and academic progress.
- Coordinate with placement, operations, and business development teams.
- Maintain accreditation, compliance, and quality assurance standards.
- Plan academic calendars, assessments, workshops, and certification programs.
- Address student and faculty concerns and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare academic reports and present performance metrics to management.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in academic management, training, or educational leadership.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
