We are looking for Field Sales Executive with experience in FMCG food products. The role involves driving sales across Modern Trade (MT), HoReCa and B2B channels, along with ensuring strong market presence and lead generation across Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage food sales in Modern Trade (departmental stores)
- Develop and grow HoReCa clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) and drive bulk orders
- Generate and close B2B leads for food product supply and manufacturing buyers
- Identify new business opportunities and support lead generation across channels
- Conduct client visits across Delhi NCR and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably food products)
- Proven experience in Modern Trade, HoReCa, and/or B2B sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Must own a bike or car for field travel
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
