Job Responsibilities
- Inspect instrumentation installation works.
- Review instrumentation WMS and ITP.
- Verify installation of instruments, transmitters, control panels, PLC/DCS systems, tubing, impulse lines, and cable terminations.
- Witness loop checks, calibration, and functional testing.
- Prepare inspection reports and QA/QC documentation.
- Monitor NCRs and corrective actions.
- Coordinate inspections with clients and consultants.
- Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Control Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of QA/QC experience.
- Experience in semiconductor fabrication projects is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of calibration, loop checking, commissioning, and QA/QC procedures.
- Willing to work in Gujarat, India for 6–12 months.
