Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior Civil Site Engineer with 0–3 years of experience to join our project team. The candidate will assist senior engineers in day-to-day site execution, quality tracking, documentation, and on-site coordination to ensure projects are delivered as per drawings and safety standards. Fresh graduates with strong theoretical knowledge and relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising day-to-day site activities including RCC, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
- Learn and execute work on-site as per approved drawings, BOQ, and project specifications under senior guidance.
- Coordinate directly with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers to track daily progress.
- Monitor material usage on-site, check deliveries, and coordinate with the store and purchase teams.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and update senior site management.
- Conduct basic site measurements and assist in verifying work completion.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and site safety norms.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of RCC structures, concrete technology, and building finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret basic structural and architectural drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills to interact with site manpower and seniors.
- Willingness to learn on-site billing and measurement procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for basic reporting and data tracking.
- High energy and eagerness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced site environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- BE / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects (freshers with site internships are encouraged).
- Experience or exposure to contracting firms is a plus.
- Only PUNE-BASED CANDIDATES will be considered.
