Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter.
- Design, implement, and maintain APIs to support various applications.
- Oversee hosting and deployment of applications, ensuring reliability and availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews and automated testing.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of hosting and deployment practices.
- Experience in leading and handling software development teams.
- Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
- Experience with Flutter for mobile application development.
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
