About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and passionate Fundraising Manager to lead and manage fundraising operations and drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and corporate partnerships. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in retail sales, fundraising, business development, or any target-driven environment, along with excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise the fundraising team to achieve individual and team targets
- Develop and execute innovative fundraising strategies and campaigns
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual fundraising goals and ensure timely achievement
- Identify and build strong relationships with corporate companies and CSR departments
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and revenue generation
- Prepare and analyze fundraising reports, MIS, and performance data
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews for team members
- Explore new fundraising channels, donor engagement strategies, and partnership opportunities
- Maintain long-term donor relationships and ensure donor satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal departments for campaign execution and reporting
Requirements
- 2–10 years of experience in fundraising, retail sales, business development, or related fields
- Proven experience in team handling and target-driven roles
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams
- Highly result-oriented with a proactive approach
- Comfortable with corporate meetings, fieldwork, and networking activities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
