Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell our homeopathic products over calls. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, explaining product benefits, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers through calls and explain product benefits.
- Handle company-provided leads and convert them into sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain follow-ups with customers for repeat sales.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Update customer and sales details in the system.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Confidence in handling customers over calls.
- Basic knowledge of homeopathic products is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
