Full job description

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Accounts professionals to join our Clients Division. In this role, you will contribute to the management of financial accounts for our diverse clientele.

Department: Operations

Location(s): Noida | Delhi

Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or commerce

Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining the financial accounts and records of clients within the Clients Division.
Collaborate with the Manager Accounts and team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Participate in financial analysis and data interpretation to support decision-making.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing critical input.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.
Reconcile accounts, ledgers, and financial transactions.
Provide support in financial advisory and strategic planning services.
Interact with clients to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
Prior experience in accounting or finance is required.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
Proficiency in using accounting software such as Tally, Zoho, Busy and financial tools is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines.
