Hiring – HR Manager (Recruitment & Talent Acquisition)
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle recruitment for all our group companies.

The role involves hiring for both blue-collar and white-collar positions across all companies.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment (from sourcing to joining)
- Creating and posting job openings
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
- Coordinating interviews with department heads
- Following up with candidates until they join
- Maintaining candidate databases
- Building a talent pipeline for future hiring
- Preparing offer letters and onboarding new employees
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Supporting basic HR operations whenever required
You should have experience hiring roles such as:
* Labourers, Drivers, Helpers, Plant Operators, Electricians, Mechanics, Security Guards
* Accountants, Sales Executives, HR, Marketing, Graphic Designers, Customer Support, Managers, Executive Assistants and other office staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of HR/Recruitment experience
- Experience in hiring both blue-collar and white-collar employees
- Good communication and interviewing skills
- Knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and other hiring platforms
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and HR software
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies at the same time
