Job Description
Ferromonk Steel Structure Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Maintain and update customer databases and records.
- Follow up with clients regarding inquiries and quotations.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely responses.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Prepare call reports and maintain records of customer interactions.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of the PEB or construction industry will be an added advantage.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
