Clin Vedica Life Sciences is a biospecimen procurement and research support organization, working with global pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and diagnostic companies. We collaborate with hospitals, laboratories, and clinics across India to facilitate ethically compliant biospecimen collection along with associated clinical data.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to manage end-to-end biospecimen program operations, including feasibility, site engagement, regulatory documentation, and execution of sample collection projects across a PAN India network.
Key Responsibilities:1. Feasibility & Site Identification
- Conduct feasibility assessments for new biospecimen studies
- Identify and onboard hospitals, labs, and diagnostic centers across India
- Coordinate with sites to evaluate patient/sample availability
- Maintain feasibility trackers and databases
2. Site Management & Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned sites
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investigators and site staff
- Ensure smooth sample collection and project execution
- Provide training and guidance to sites as required
3. Project Operations
- Manage end-to-end execution of biospecimen collection projects
- Track sample collection, processing, storage, and shipment timelines
- Ensure compliance with study protocols and client requirements
- Coordinate logistics for domestic and international shipments
4. Documentation & Regulatory Support
- Prepare and manage study-related documents (ICF, protocols, data sheets, etc.)
- Support Ethics Committee (EC/IRB) submissions and approvals
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and ethical guidelines
5. Client & Internal Coordination
- Participate in client meetings (if requires) and provide project updates
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries
- Coordinate internally with operations, logistics, and leadership teams
6. Business Expansion Support
- Identify and develop new collection centers and partnerships
- Support business development through site networking and feasibility insights
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related field
- Freshers with strong understanding and willingness to learn may also be considered
- Good Communication Skills and understanding of medical terminologies.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
