What You'll Be Doing
As a Sales & Operations Intern, you'll work closely with the team to support sales efforts, streamline operations, and ensure things run smoothly behind the scenes.
- Reach out to leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Coordinate with colleges, partners, and potential customers
- Maintain CRM records and keep sales data organized
- Schedule meetings, follow up with prospects, and assist the sales pipeline
- Help delivering projects and manage internal communication
- Help improve internal processes and operational workflows using AI and human gray matter
- Take ownership of day-to-day tasks that help the team move faster
Must Have
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence in speaking with new people and building relationships
- Good organizational and time management skills
- A proactive attitude, you don't wait to be told what to do
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel)
- Curiosity to learn about SaaS, sales, and business operations
- Love for Pizza and Chai (Coffee works too)
Location: Strictly in-office role based in Bhopal
Duration: 12 months
Initial Earnings: Up to ₹20,000/month stipend (based on skills & availability) + mentorship + hands-on experience working on real sales and operational challenges.
