We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Closing Manager to lead the sales closing process and ensure successful conversion of qualified leads into property bookings. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, and the ability to handle clients from site visits to final closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive the end-to-end sales closing process for residential and commercial properties.
- Handle qualified leads generated by the sales and marketing teams.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visit follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and commercial terms with clients.
- Convert prospects into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams for seamless transactions.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance during the booking process.
- Track sales pipeline, closures, and revenue generation through CRM.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Train and mentor sales executives to improve conversion ratios and closing efficiency.
- Resolve customer concerns and objections professionally to secure successful closures.
