We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager – Insurance to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing suitable insurance solutions. The role requires excellent communication, sales, and relationship management skills to drive business growth and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customers' financial and insurance requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Provide end-to-end support to clients throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Assist customers with policy renewals, upgrades, and claims-related queries.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review coverage needs and identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in insurance sales, relationship management, banking, financial services, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of life insurance, health insurance, and general insurance products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Experience working with insurance companies, brokers, banks, or financial institutions.
