Job Description – Account Executive
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Management
- Record all gold purchase transactions accurately in company systems.
- Maintain daily cash book, ledger entries, and reconcile accounts.
- Verify customer KYC documents and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers for transactions.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on pending payments.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and branch reports.
- Support audits by providing accurate records and documentation.
- Ensure proper handling of GST, TDS, and other applicable tax filings.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Proficiency in Advance MS Excel, Tally, or other accounting software.
- Customer service orientation with integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to balance sales targets with accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting roles.
- Familiarity with gold valuation and financial compliance preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
