Position Overview:
As a RRR Executive at Life Circle, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment and staffing of Non IT as well as managing the client service for our homecare services focused on seniors. There are 2 aspects of your job. Your primary responsibility will be to source, attract, and onboard qualified caregivers and nursing professionals. You will also be responsible to place the suitable staff to the clients home as and when required. You will work closely with the care manager and onboarding team to ensure the seamless staffing of qualified personnel, maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards. You should be open to visit the clients as a representative of Life Circle and process the initiation of service at their homes when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment efforts for caregiving and nursing roles, sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels.
- Collaborate with operational managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements for open positions.
- Ensure compliance with company’s process in all staffing processes.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate the hiring process in alignment with company policies.
- Develop and maintain a talent pool of qualified caregivers and nursing professionals.
- Coordinate and conduct orientation and training programs for new hires to equip them effectively for their roles.
- Provide support and guidance to Caregivers and Nursing professionals related matters and policies.
- Visit the clients home along with the staff as a representative of the organization and introduce the staff to the concerned.
- Train the staff onsite and place them for the requirement after completion of listed formalities.
Qualifications:
- Post Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Work, Health Care or a related field.
- A bachelor's degree in a health related stream. Like Nursing, Lab Technician courses, etc.
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing,preferably in healthcare or homecare services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to establish a positive impact on the customers while placement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
