We are looking for an experienced OT Trainer to train students. The ideal candidate should possess strong perioperative clinical knowledge, hands-on OT experience, and excellent teaching abilities to support high-quality surgical care and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for Trainees.
- Develop training materials, manuals, presentations, and assessments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology.
- Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners.
- Proficiency in MS Office, LMS platforms.
- Organizational and documentation skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
