About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a high-impact project with Ford. This role is ideal for a technically strong engineer who thrives on solving complex problems across the entire software development lifecycle from architecture and design to deployment and optimization. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build robust, scalable, and secure applications that directly address real business needs.
What You'll Do
- Partner with customers and stakeholders to deeply understand use-cases, pain points, and requirements, championing user-centric solutions
- Design, develop, and deliver software using modern tools, frameworks, and agile methodologies
- Evaluate requirements and select the right technology stack, integration approach, and deployment strategy
- Create high-level software architecture that defines the structure, components, and interfaces of applications
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and architects to align on solution design
- Define and implement test strategies, guidelines, and best practices in line with industry standards
- Continuously optimize application performance and adopt new technologies to improve development efficiency
- Apply modern engineering practices — test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery
- Implement security best practices to protect user data, including encryption and anonymization
- Build intuitive, user-friendly front-end interfaces
- Develop and maintain back-end services, APIs, and microservices
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to evolving the broader tech stack
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience across both front-end and back-end development
- Strong exposure to mainframe systems, including COBOL, JCL, and DB2
- Proven experience with API development and microservices architecture
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles
- Practical knowledge of Agile, CI/CD, and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Comfort with version control systems (Git) and modern DevOps practices
- Strong grounding in software testing and quality assurance
- 8–15 years of relevant professional experience
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
