Department: Motor Claims – Survey & Assessment
As an Internal Surveyor, you will be responsible for surveying and assessing claim applications, determining the genuineness of claims, and preparing detailed reports on losses. Your role ensures that damaged vehicles are surveyed efficiently, customer escalations are resolved, and outstanding claims are periodically reviewed for speedy disposal.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:
Work closely with external vendors within specified turnaround times.
Collaborate with law enforcement officials, eyewitnesses, and lawyers when required.
Maintain strong relationships with workshops and dealers to ensure seamless claim execution.
Turnaround Time (TAT) & Compliance:
Workshop background or prior experience in general insurance is preferable.
Diploma, BE, or BTech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
