Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Store Assistant to support our warehouse and store operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, hardworking, and eager to develop their career in inventory and store management. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock and materials.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Ensure the store and warehouse areas are clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Support stock counting and periodic inventory audits.
- Assist with documentation, delivery records, and goods inward/outward processes.
- Coordinate with office staff and delivery personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow company procedures and health and safety guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle physical tasks associated with warehouse and store operations.
- Basic knowledge of computers and inventory systems is an advantage but not essential.
- Diploma holders (Engineering or related disciplines) are preferred but not mandatory.
