Key Responsibilities
- Potential customers/clients ki identification aur data sourcing
- Cold calling, cold emailing, WhatsApp & LinkedIn outreach
- Interested prospects ko qualify karna (lead validation)
- Daily/weekly lead reports maintain karna
- CRM tool me data entry aur lead tracking
- Sales team ko qualified leads handover karna
- Follow-ups aur lead nurturing process handle karna
- Marketing campaigns ke through aayi leads ko handle karna
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
- Convincing & negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets)
- CRM tools ka basic knowledge (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
- Calling & follow-up discipline
- Internet research & data mining skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
- Sales/Marketing background preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
