We are looking for a proactive Deputy Manager/Manager – QMS to manage and strengthen our Quality Management System in line with AS9100, AS13100, and customer-specific aerospace standards. The role involves driving compliance, audits, documentation control, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain and enhance QMS as per AS9100D and aerospace customer requirements.
· Lead internal audits, support external audits, and ensure timely closure of findings.
· Drive CAPA, root cause analysis, and systemic improvements.
· DPD/MBD compliance and configuration management.
· Ensure document control, change management, and process adherence.
· Conduct training on QMS, product safety, and compliance topics.
· Coordinate with customers and internal teams for quality initiatives.
Skills & Competencies
· Strong knowledge of AS9100D, AS13100, AS9102, and aerospace QMS practices.
· Experience in audits, CAPA, FMEA, QMS documentation, and risk management.
· Understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes (CNC machining, sheet metal, special processes).
· Good communication, analytical thinking, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
