Job Description: Develop new features and modernize existing features in Neogov’s HRIS products, including Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and CoreHR. Work as a Full-Stack Software Engineer on a multi-tenant cloud SaaS solution in the HR domain. Collaborate as part of a distributed Agile team. Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring for backend development and Angular for frontend development is required. Familiarity with at least one RDBMS and SQL is an added advantage. Oracle and PL/SQL experience is preferred but not mandatory. Follow a shift-left development approach, taking ownership of testing and ensuring the correctness of developed solutions. Experience with AI productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar tools is expected.
