- Food Preparation & Cooking
- Prepare and cook tandoori dishes such as naan, roti, kebabs, chicken tikka, lamb chops, paneer tikka, and other vegetarian/non-vegetarian items.
- Marinate meats and vegetables using traditional Indian spices and techniques.
- Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely and efficiently.
- Test and refine recipes to maintain consistency and taste.
- Quality & Standards
- Ensure dishes meet restaurant standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
- Monitor portion sizes and food wastage.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate service and menu planning.
- Kitchen Management
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the tandoor section.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Inspect food supplies and equipment for quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Leadership & Training
- Train and supervise commis chefs or junior staff in tandoor techniques.
- Share knowledge of Indian spices, marinades, and cooking methods.
- Support teamwork and maintain a positive kitchen environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
