Role: RCM Trainer
Job role: Full Time
Location: Thoraipakkam
Shift time: 6:30 PM to 3: 30 PM
Required Qualifications
● Minimum 5 year of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
● Minimum 3 year of experience in a Trainer, Learning & Development, or Training Coordinator
role.
● Strong understanding of US healthcare processes, medical billing, claims, denials, payment
posting, Accounts Receivables or related RCM functions.
● Preferably have exposure to handling MVA claims processing.
● Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to engage learners and deliver training effectively in classroom, virtual, and on-the-job
environments.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and training documentation.
● Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience working with healthcare clients or BPO/outsourcing environments.
● Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and instructional design principles.
● Experience creating training materials, SOPs, and e-learning content.
