- Manage end-to-end concierge services for high-net-worth and luxury clients.
- Design personalized travel itineraries based on clients' preferences and requirements.
- Coordinate hotel bookings, airport transfers, restaurant reservations, private tours, yacht charters, and exclusive experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury hotels, resorts, airlines, and travel partners.
- Handle special requests and last-minute changes efficiently while ensuring seamless service.
- Provide prompt assistance before, during, and after clients' travel.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure complete client satisfaction.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure the best value and exclusive benefits for clients.
- Maintain accurate client records, preferences, and travel history.
- Stay updated on luxury travel trends, destinations, and hospitality offerings.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
