Position: Customer Care Representative (Onsite, Full-Time)
Location: Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 1-2 years in customer service
Salary: UPTO ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)+incentives
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp; resolve complaints; assist with orders, product info, and deliveries; maintain records; ensure excellent service.
Requirements: Excellent communication in English; customer-oriented; basic computer skills.
