## Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive who understands content, trends, brand communication, and paid digital campaigns.
This role requires someone who can manage social media accounts end-to-end, create content calendars, coordinate shoots, write captions, manage creators, and run paid campaigns across Meta and Google.
The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
## Key Responsibilities
### Social Media Management
* Manage day-to-day social media accounts for assigned brands across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
* Create monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals, campaigns, events, offers, launches, and seasonal opportunities.
* Ensure timely posting of reels, stories, carousels, static posts, and campaign creatives.
* Maintain brand tone, visual consistency, and content quality across every post.
* Track trends and identify content ideas that can be adapted for client brands.
### Content Planning & Execution
* Plan content ideas for reels, stories, posts, campaigns, offers, and brand moments.
* Write engaging captions, hooks, story copy, ad copy, and basic campaign communication.
* Coordinate with designers, videographers, editors, creators, and internal teams to execute content on time.
* Assist in shoot planning, shot lists, content briefs, and on-ground coordination.
* Ensure every brand page looks active, premium, and commercially relevant.
### Paid Ads Management
* Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
* Run campaigns for reach, engagement, leads, website traffic, reservations, event promotions, and brand awareness.
* Create campaign structures, audience targeting, ad copies, creatives, budgets, and basic A/B tests.
* Monitor campaign performance regularly and optimize campaigns based on CTR, CPC, CPL, reach, conversions, and ROAS where applicable.
* Coordinate with designers and content teams to create ad creatives that are suitable for paid campaigns.
* Prepare simple performance reports covering ad spends, results, learnings, and next steps.
### Creator & Influencer Coordination
* Help identify relevant creators and influencers for brand campaigns.
* Coordinate with creators for briefs, deliverables, timelines, approvals, and posting schedules.
* Track creator content and ensure campaign commitments are completed.
* Maintain basic creator communication and campaign documentation.
### Performance Tracking & Reporting
* Monitor account performance, engagement, reach, follower growth, content response, and campaign outcomes.
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports for clients and internal review.
* Share insights on what content is working, what is not working, and what should be improved.
* Recommend content and campaign ideas based on data and platform trends.
### Client & Internal Coordination
* Coordinate with clients for approvals, updates, offers, events, menu launches, and brand inputs.
* Work closely with the Thinkfluence team to ensure smooth campaign and content execution.
* Be proactive in suggesting ideas to improve brand visibility, engagement, footfall, and leads.
* Manage multiple brand accounts while maintaining timelines and quality.
## Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, performance marketing, or agency roles.
* Hands-on experience with Instagram and Meta Business Suite.
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is required.
* Working knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
* Strong understanding of Instagram reels, stories, trends, captions, and content formats.
* Good writing skills with the ability to create sharp, clear, and engaging social media copy.
* Basic understanding of audience targeting, campaign objectives, ad creatives, and reporting.
* Basic understanding of pixels, conversion tracking, landing pages, and UTM links is preferred.
* Ability to coordinate shoots and manage multiple brand accounts at once.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
* Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Sheets, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social media reporting tools.
* Interest in restaurants, food, nightlife, hospitality, and lifestyle brands will be a strong plus.
