Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Showroom Manager to manage retail sales, customer experience, showroom operations, institutional sales, GeM business, and promotional activities for our Musical Instruments & Professional Audio showroom. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, handling customers professionally, and driving overall showroom growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets for musical instruments, professional audio, and related products.
- Guide customers in product selection through demonstrations and consultations.
- Improve conversion ratio, upselling, cross-selling, and repeat customer business.
- Ensure excellent customer handling and maintain positive customer reviews/feedback.
- Maintain showroom display, product presentation, and operational standards.
- Generate institutional business from schools, colleges, studios, event companies, churches, and corporates.
- Handle GeM tender participation, quotations, order processing, and fulfillment.
- Coordinate promotional activities, product videos, social media posting, and customer testimonials.
- Manage showroom staff, reporting, inventory coordination, and daily operations.
Requirements
- Strong sales and customer handling skills.
- Interest or knowledge in musical instruments and professional audio products preferred.
- Experience in retail showroom sales/management.
- Knowledge of GeM portal and institutional sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication, leadership, and target-oriented approach.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
