Job Summary-
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our dairy and bakery products, strengthen customer relationships, and support the growth of our brand. The ideal candidate should be passionate about marketing, sales, and business development, with the ability to identify new opportunities and build strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities -
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales. - Identify and approach new customers, distributors, retailers, and institutional clients. - Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and business partners. - Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities. - Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing events. - Manage social media and digital marketing activities. - Prepare marketing reports and sales performance updates. - Support business development initiatives and customer engagement programs. - Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Requirements -
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. - 0–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms. - Valid driving license is preferred. - Willingness to travel for customer visits and marketing activities.
