Turner Property Recruitment are delighted to be assisting their client in the search for an M&E Consultant to join a well-established consultancy delivering technical advisory services across a diverse portfolio of built assets.
This role is ideal for a building services professional with a strong understanding of asset performance, condition surveying and lifecycle planning, looking to work across sectors including healthcare, commercial offices, retail and education.
You will be part of a client-facing team providing technical insight across the full lifecycle of building services systems, from acquisition through to ongoing asset management.
The Role
Undertake M&E condition surveys and asset inspections Deliver pre-acquisition and technical due diligence reports Produce 10-year planned preventative maintenance schedules Carry out dilapidations surveys and lifecycle assessments Monitor M&E works on site, ensuring quality and compliance Identify and verify building services assets, assessing condition and remaining life Support project and cost teams with technical advice and reporting About You
Degree qualified in Building Services Engineering or similar Working towards or already chartered MCIBSE or equivalent Experience in M&E asset surveying, FM, or site engineering environments Strong understanding of building services systems and lifecycle planning Experience producing technical reports and working with survey data Comfortable using digital tools and software such as Excel and tablet-based systems Why Apply
